IR220VACF - IrDA-1.0 Encode/Decode IC

Device driver already built into Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP, and Linux O.S. Products using IR220VACF already passed the tough " IrReady" certification test. Compatible with all brands of IrDA transceivers. In volume applications for 7 years. IrPHY encoding/decoding and interfaces directly to IrDA transceivers. 3 V to 5.5 V operating voltage. Using minimum pulse duration of 1.63 µs to modulate bit data. Programmable baud clock generator (9600bps to 115.2 Kbps) 5 baud rates. Low operating current. SOP14 -- package.
